The BWS Championship has a rich history, being captured and defended by stars of all nationalities, as far as the United States. Currently it's held by Matt Scorpion, who will have his work cut out for him this coming weekend, as wrestlers from all over Europe will try to dethrone him!

"Matt acted a bit too cocky to my liking last time I spoke him", says BWS/BCWF president Salvatore Bellomo. "So I thought, let's have him fight 19 challengers at the same time to see if he can back up his attitude. I might even throw in some more names during the match."

Matt was clearly upset when we asked him about the match and declined to give any comment.

The rules are simple: two men will start in the ring, with one man (or woman!) joining them every 90 seconds. Participants are eliminated when thrown over the top rope with both feet touching the floor, and the last one to survive will become BWS Champion!

The BCWF European Championship will be on the line on December 3 in Grivegnée, as two-time champion 'Extreme' Fury will defend his title against 'The One & Only' Joey D!

Last year, Joey was in the European Championship Tournament, where he lost in the finals at our last show in Grivegnée. Since he's been on a good run lately, even defeating Johnny Evers at Jyva'Zik, president Bellomo decided to give him another shot.

"It will be the first time I go one-on-one with Fury. He's a monster, I remember very well from my tag team days", Joey said. "It won't be easy, but I'm better and stronger than I was back then!"

Fury had this to say: "This title belongs to me, I'm not losing it again. I don't care who they put in front of me, EXTREME BABY!"

The BWS Tag Team Championship will be defended in Grivegnée, as champions The Space Chicken of Zad and Daz will take on the veteran team of Wesley Croton and Richie Julio, better knowns as 'De Gouwe Gozers'!

Hailing from Amsterdam, Holland, Croton and Richie have a rich history in BWS/BCWF. They competed here for several years, with Croton being a former BWS Tag Champ himself! With their laid-back attitude but aggressive style, they could be a real threat for the crazy Space Chicken.
